What does this session offer?

Energy work is personal and can feel intimate. Before we book in a session together I offer a consultation intended for you to ask me any questions you may have about my services. Reiki, Shadow Work, Monthly Women’s Circle (Jupiter's Gathering) and my Moon Workshops are all incredibly healing practices that serve to tap into and cleanse your emotional, energetic and auric fields. My offerings at Reiki & Soul are intended to hold space for your authentic self, at a pace that you set. I’m here to facilitate the sustainable addition of these pieces into your self-care regime. ​I offer Reiki Sessions In-Person and Virtually via Zoom. I also provide Reiki Healing Sessions for your beloved pet. My monthly Women's Group that meets (usually the last) Thursday evening of the calendar month. I facilitate bi-monthly Moon Workshops of the New and Full Moon. Here we practice guided shadow work in a safe confidential container. I explain how to navigate the current astrology of the moon. Both of these offerings are held via zoom in a safe confidential container. If enjoying a healing Reiki Infused Bath is your ritual, you can find me at The Squamish Farmer's Market this year. I will be there on average one Saturday a month. I can't wait to meet you! I respond usually within 24 hours.
